The CR-103 for WAC Chapter 456-09 was filed with the Code Revisers office on February 9, 2022, you can see a copy here. A copy of the final changes can be viewed here as well as a concise explanatory statement of the changes made after public comments here.

These new rules will go into effect on March 11, 2022.
