Beginning with hearings scheduled to occur on or after July 1, 2019, appellants will be required to respond to the Notice of Hearing and confirm attendance.
If you are an appellant, and you do not respond to the Notice of Hearing within thirty days from the date that notice is mailed, the Board may dismiss your case.
Some cases are scheduled at the time of acknowledgment or by agreement at a prehearing. The Board does not issue a Notice of Hearing in these cases, and no confirmation of attendance is required.
