Regrettably, our E-file system is no longer available. Appeals may still be filed by the following means:

  • The Board’s office is now open to the public, and appeals can now be filed in person;
  • Appeals can be filed by email to bta@bta.wa.gov;
  • Appeals can be filed by mail to Board of Tax Appeals, P.O. Box 40915, Olympia, WA 98504-0915; or
  • Appeals can be filed by fax to 360-586-9020.
