Appeal decisions
You can use this page to look up how the Board has decided past tax appeals. These decisions may help you understand how the Board reviews evidence, applies tax laws, and explains its rulings.
Past decisions may help you understand:
- What evidence the Board found persuasive
- Why an appeal was approved or denied
- How the Board explains deadlines and filing requirements
- How the Board compares property value evidence
- How tax laws and rules were applied in similar appeals
- Use the decision search tool to find past decisions by keyword, party name, docket number, tax type, county, or issue.
Note: The decisions database is updated every 30 days. The search tool may not include the most recent decisions.
Decisions are provided for research and public information. They are not legal advice. If you have questions about how a decision applies to your appeal, you may want to talk with a tax professional or attorney.
