  • Building Access

    Due to building security upgrades, access to the third floor now requires an employee ID badge. Please call our main line at 360-753-5446 when you arrive or make an appointment prior to the day of your hearing and an employee will meet you at the door and escort you to the third floor.

  • Change to Direct Appeal Policy

    The Board will consider direct appeals that involve complex issues that require expertise beyond the County Board of Equalization’s proficiency.

  • Notice of Hearings - Appellant Responses Required

    06/03/2019

    Beginning with hearings scheduled to occur on or after July 1, 2019, appellants will be required to respond to the Notice of Hearing and confirm attendance.

    If you are an appellant, and you do not respond to the Notice of Hearing within thirty days from the date that notice is mailed, the Board may dismiss your case.
