When your hearing is scheduled
When your appeal is scheduled for a hearing, we will send a scheduling notice to both parties. The notice will include the hearing date, time, and other important instructions.
Current scheduling timeline
Because of the current backlog, hearings are usually scheduled about 18 months after an appeal is filed.
