This is the WSBTA’s electronic filing policy as of 2\/14\/2017.<\/p>\n

The Board will accept Adobe .pdf, Word, Excel, and .jpg files, as provided below, with the same legal effect as a paper document.<\/p>\n

  1. For existing<\/b> appeals, you may file submissions by email at: bta@bta.wa.gov<\/a>, within the file size limitations (currently 30MB). \u00a0You must<\/b> include the WSBTA docket number in the subject line of your email.<\/li>\n
  2. For new appeals<\/b>, you may file the appeal by email, at the address above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Electronic files received prior to 5 p.m. on a business day are deemed received on that day. Electronic files received after 5 p.m. or on a weekend or state holiday are deemed received the next business day. \u00a0The time of receipt of an electronically filed document is the time shown by the Board\u2019s electronic mail system.<\/p>\n

    Unless requested or ordered by the Board, parties should not<\/i> file paper copies of electronically transmitted documents. \u00a0This process is approved by this posting, regardless of the requirements of WAC 456-10-325(b)<\/a> or WAC 456-09-325(b)<\/a>. \u00a0Note the Board will generally request paper copies in formal cases.<\/p>\n
